Test: your daughter just came home pregnant by a Somali Bantu tribesman
Lest I be harangued in my comments section by the brigades of insipid compassion (both of the left and right), let me dispense with something right off the bat: calling me a racist, a xenophobe or using some other lame truncheon of political correctness will have no effect on me. I'm not interested in having conversations about how "racism is wrong." In my experience racism simply is, has always been and will always be. Preference for one's tribe is a primal part of human nature. There does not exist a completely "non-racist" person on the face of this earth. Even the most liberal-wonky SOB on earth, Al Gore Squared, would have a stroke if his daughter came home pregnant by a Somali Bantu tribesman. To claim otherwise is the epitome of denial: I feel sorry for you if you truly believe you'd handle your daughter's strange mating choice with any sort of aplomb, and I will try very hard not to laugh about it, even when you are out of earshot. (By the way, I won't likely succeed in stifling my snickers.)
Beginning in earnest about 80 years ago in Western nations, pointed-finger charges of racism have served mostly to stifle the advance of civilization itself. The more time that the smartest fraction of people within a society spends feeling guilty, usually after having been classified by multiculturalists as having societally mandated reasons for feeling guilty, the less time they have on hand to go about the business of making and doing great things. Once the anti-racism/bigotry/xenophobe ideations get rooted in a society, the pace of innovation slows as a result of "diversion of talent-time." Compounding the problem further, the left's guilting Western majorities to into relinquishing long-held beliefs about the importance of cultural unity (E Pluribus Unum) has paved the way for a lessening of the total sum intelligence values of Western cultures.
The West has embarked on a suicidal road, taking actions that make itself dumber on average than it was before, and it is "doing itself harshly" at the very time that it can least afford to do so. I could go on and on about how statistics show that the mean IQ of the folks who were out there protesting in our streets a few weeks back is, on average, more than ten percent lower than America's average. The data is out there, but it isn't deemed "nice" to discuss it. It would be deemed racist to even mention this kind of fact-based-truism: the protesters were not only annoying, but quantifiably dumber than any historical American template for immigrants.
Being nice and glossing over this kind of truth does nothing to alleviate the damage their presence has had and is still having on our Gross Intellectual Product Capacity (Innovation) and our Per Capita Gross National Product (Money to Innovate).
