Frist: We're too caught up in the process to worry about The People
On CSPAN, I'm watching this pandering presidential wannabe babble on and the thing that strikes me most is that he is far more wrapped up in the process of passing something...anything...instead of having concern for my family. He is far more concerned with the Mexicans, the Nicaraguans, that Venezualans and other third-worlders who have come here illegally than he is for my daughter's future in this nation.
Given the Senate's elitism problem, he'd be better off pushing for additional funding to enforce existing law. But that would be too direct a route for such big thinkers like those in the Senate, who insist they know what's good for us.
We'd be so much better off getting rid of the whole lot of them.
