"I believe it is fair to say most Republicans did not think George W. Bush was motivated to run for the presidency for the primary reason of cutting or controlling spending. But it is also fair to say that they did not think he was Lyndon B. Johnson. And that's what he's turned into."

The only thing that Bush hasn't done is come up with a catch name for what he's done to us. LBJ had "The Great Society." We've just got to come up with some name that we can cast easily our aspersions to in the future. It needs to be the opposite of what Bush has actually accomplished.
