Frosty picketed by illegal alien apologists, Katie's Dad responds

Frosty Wooldridge deserves many conservative American kudos. He has been consistently unafraid to confront, in his writings, the walls of political correctness that protect illegal aliens from being removed from our midst. Now he's backing his words with action, even when it puts him in danger of physical assault from leftists and bona-fide socialist illegal alien lovers.

The socialist/leftist site Indymedia's Houston subdomain is all agog about their turning out to confront Frosty at a speaking event. My response below has gone 24 hours without a response and my logs tell me that several Indymedia readers have ventured over here to poke around. It appears that rational thought has them flummoxed. That's not really tooting my own horn; shooting fish in a barrel is not sport. Any time the insipid "if you aren't a descendant of Native Americans, you're an immigrant" argument pops up in a discussion group, it is a given that there isn't much complex grey matter activity occurring on the part of the people posting in agreement.

"I am not a descendant of immigrants. I am a descendant of the English colonists who fought and sometimes died to found this nation we call America. The first American citizens coined the term "immigrant" to apply to anyone who came after the nation was won. Therefore, I am an American, descended from Americans. Calling someone an immigrant without knowing his or her true heritage is at best ignorant and at worst an insult. Using "Native Americans" in an argument about this is non-sequitur.

Any American citizen has the right to defend our unique culture from balkanization if they choose to do so. Those who protest, if here illegally, are interlopers. They have no say in this nation's policy decisions. What they are attempting to defend is illegality itself, which is a logically indefensible position in a nation based on laws.

The term "illegal alien" is categorical in Federal Law. It is as correct in usage as the term "citizen." Those who have a problem with it being used in its proper context are deeply uninformed."
