Coming Clean
Congratulations!
This is how you handle communications, Mr. President:
I''ll step out on a limb with a prediction: somewhere and sometime soon some Michael Moore minion or wannabe is going to go off the deep end about Bush "admitting guilt" about Katrina. And he, she or it will do it in a very public way and in such an offensive manner that the left's complete lack of a moral compass will become shockingly clear. Whoever it is will instantly become the next poster-weasel for the moonbat brigade.
I'm still not a fan of this president, but I'll stand up and speak loudly when he does the right thing, especially when it sets a good example that I can point out to my Katie.
Of course, GWB's honesty on begs another question: Why does this guy remain so disingenuous about our borders and the illegal alien invasion?

"Katrina exposed serious problems in our response capability at all levels of government. And to the extent that the federal government didn't fully do its job right, I take responsibility. I want to know what went right and what went wrong," -George Bush, 09.13.05It was the only moral and ethical way to handle it. Sure, the Lefties will have some ammo over this. So what?
